The Sample Team got together this month to celebrate 15 years of Sample-Studios. 15 years since our beginnings as an artist-led artist studios in the former Tax Office in Cork City Centre to now Ireland’s largest artist studios. 15 years of Sample-Studios means 15 years of service by Kim-Ling Morris – a founder, artist and Financial Manager – who kept the ship afloat through choppy waters and to a safe harbour. We are pleased to announce that we have been selected as a recipient of The Ireland Funds Heart of the Community Fund 2025. This esteemed grant will enable us to further develop our Cork Creative Careers Programme, providing access to a series of creative education and visual literacy workshops for school children in socio-economically disadvantaged areas of Cork City.
