Background ← Oudere versie Versie van 23 jun 2026 06:44 (Een tussenliggende versie door dezelfde gebruiker niet weergegeven) Regel 1: Regel 1: == Background == == Background == It is important that participants of the MakerSpace are well-informed and do not accidentally forget any steps when using the machines since some of them can be rather dangerous and can be a danger to life and limb. Thus, the application with the name machine support consoles was built. It consists of a solution of placing tablets next to machines e.g. a table saw to display guides on & a way to take a machine in and out of service & report other incidents (by using data from & posting it to the CRM servicelog). Checklist guides, also used in aviation and health-care for safety-critical steps, are used to help complete steps in the right order and help with ensuring all are completed. The questions of checklists and static content of static guides are stored on the wiki page corresponding to the machine. The solution is open source on Forgejo [https://code.makerspaceleiden.nl/Ference-Nieuwkerk/machine-support-consoles](Machine support consoles repository). == Types of guides our application uses == == Types of guides our application uses == Regel 10: Regel 11: = Guides for Wiki Maintainers = = Guides for Solution Maintainers ( Wiki Maintainers & Code Maintainers) = == Short context on guides & section names == == Short context on guides & section names == The section names used for the guides are specified in the code, more on this in the section on how to add a new machine to the system.
