Breifly rang door bell and asked for things. Monday he sent an emailing saying he did not know where to post. Today he responded with why he asked us to leave. A guild is a group of people who've decided , explicitly, that they're responsible for keeping that resource alive for the next person. Most importantly, they make that responsibility publicly known to the rest of Noisebridge, bring in new members, teach and learn from each other, and share resources and knowledge . The next step is making that explicit: showing up to help, asking what needs doing, and getting to know the people who keep things running . A well-run guild should be welcoming in new members regularly and ensuring that ALL members become skilled trainers and keepers over time . Most Guilds have a regular meeting time.
