Most can simply be re-tightened. The lead screws need a little lubrication to prevent squeaking. Don't use oils or grease as they trap dust forming a grinding paste that will rapidly destroy the screw and Delrin nut block. Silicone or PTFE dry lube is recommended by the OEM, but we are currently using a very little machine wax applied by finger to the screw. The top surfaces of the rails under the table corner glides should be kept clean and lightly waxed with machine wax to reduce wear of their anodized surface. ''N.B. Absolutely NO oils or greases may be used on the polycarbonate V-wheels or their tracks as even traces of oils, greases and many solvents can craze the polycarbonate, resulting in cracking and failure. Silicone is supposedly safe, but should not be required, as the wheels are in rolling contact, skidding is undesirable, and their bearings are sealed units lubricated for life.'' ===Grbl controller configuration=== ===Grbl controller configuration=== The controller is running a custom build of Gnea GRBL v1.1h to support VFD control and individual axis homing.
