Radošo darbu konkurss 1.- 4. klašu skolēniem “Mana veselīgā ēdienkarte”

Vēl mazliet, un skolēni dosies vasaras brīvlaikā. Šis ir īstais laiks, lai pārliecinātos, ka viņi zina, kāda maltīte draudzīgāka vēderam – kas dod spēku, kas palīdz augt, kas jāēd, lai būtu stipri kauli un labs noskaņojums. Sacensību gars ir lieliska motivācija zināšanu apguvei, tāpēc Lauku atbalsta dienests sadarbībā ar Ventspils Augsto tehnoloģiju parku aicina 1.- 4. klašu skolēnus piedalīties radošo darbu konkursā “Mana veselīgā ēdienkarte”, kas tiek organizēts kā viena no programmas “Piens un augļi skolai” aktivitātēm. Konkursā skolēni aicināti izveidot radošus darbus vai projektus , kas attēlo to, kā viņi redz savu veselīgo ēdienkarti. Darbi var būt zīmējumu kopumi, kolāžas, fotokolāžas, komiksi vai jebkurš cits vizuālais darbs, kas atspoguļo šo tēmu. Konkursa mērķis ir radošu un izglītojošu aktivitāšu veidā 1. – 4. klašu skolēniem sniegt informāciju par piena un augļu nozīmi, to pozitīvo ietekmi uz veselību un labsajūtu, kā arī veicināt veselīgu paradumu ieviešanu un nostiprināšanu jau bērnībā. Lai pieteiktu klasi dalībai konkursā, klases audzinātājam vai citam izglītības iestādes pārstāvim līdz 22. aprīlim jāaizpilda elektroniskā pieteikuma anketa šeit . Savukārt radošie darbi iesniedzami līdz 30. aprīlim , nosūtot uz e-pastu konkurss@vatp.lv vai nogādājot klātienē nodibinājumā “Ventspils Augsto tehnoloģiju parks”, Ventspilī (adrese: Ventspils Augsto tehnoloģiju parks 1, Ventspils, LV-3602). Konkursa nolikums pieejams “Piens un augļi skolai” tīmekļa vietnē , kur atrodama gan visa nepieciešamā informācija, gan pieteikuma anketa. Konkursā neiztikt arī bez balvām . Iesniegtos darbus vērtēs žūrija, un pirmo trīs vietu ieguvēji tiks noteikti divās klašu grupās: 1.- 2. klase; 3.- 4. klase. Paši radošākie un zinošākie iegūs ekskursiju uz izglītojošu, izklaidējošu atpūtas vietu, ar sarakstu aicināt iepazīties konkursa nolikumā. Otro un trešo vietu ieguvēji balvā saņems galda spēles. Darbi tiks nodoti arī skatītāju vērtējumam sociālo mediju platformā Facebook . Balsojumā noskaidrosim, kura klase iegūs simpātiju balvu – personalizētas, ar skolēnu vārdiem un programmas “Piens un augļi skolai” logo apdrukātas ūdens pudeles. Konkursa laikā tiks organizēti divi atbalsta vebināri, kuros būs iespējams uzzināt noderīgu informāciju par veselīgu uzturu un tā nozīmi, kā arī uzdot jautājumus konkursa organizatoriem. Vebināru datumiem aicinām sekot līdzi “Piens un augļi skolai” tīmekļa vietnē , sociālo tīklu kontos Instagram un Facebook, kā arī informācija tiks nosūtīta uz skolu e-pastiem. Rezultāti tiks publicēti “Piens un augļi skolai” tīmekļa vietnē, kā arī sociālo tīklu kontos Instagram un Facebook, un paziņoti visām konkursā reģistrētajām klasēm, izmantojot pieteikumā norādīto kontaktinformāciju. “Mana veselīgā ēdienkarte” - aizraujoša iespēja izpaust savu radošumu un zināšanas par veselīgu uzturu! Radošo darbu konkursu organizē Lauku atbalsta dienests sadarbībā ar nodibinājumu “Ventspils Augsto tehnoloģiju parks”, un tas tiek finansēts no Eiropas Lauksaimniecības garantiju fonda un valsts finanšu līdzekļiem.

Generating ideas with Divergent Thinking.

One of the major challenges faced by a content creator is deciding what to create , followed by how to create. There are so many interesting topics to cover depending on your motivation – entertainment, problem solving, information, social issues etc. Fortunately, there are techniques that help you generate better ideas in less time. We will break the whole topic in two parts and address them in two different blogs: 1. Divergent thinking 2. Convergent thinking Our process of idea generation is straightforward. First, you generate a lot of ideas (some of which might be crazy, and even stupid) and then filter out the good ones to eventually picking the best ones . In this blog about divergent thinking, we will focus on the quantity of ideas generated rather than its quality. The term divergent might have given you an initial hint about the process. We start with the problem as the origin to further “diverge” out of it with ideas that point towards the solution. They need not be solutions precisely, however; we are solely coming up with ways that might lead to a solution. We start with the assumption that most of the ideas generated will be not be useful. Our major objective in this process is looking for the few creative ideas that might come along. There are many techniques to help you with divergent thinking . Here, we’ll use the technique of mind mapping – something that we have been using at Karkhana for quite some time. The term mind map was made popular by Tony Buzan in his book “The Mind Mapping Book.” While the structure is similar, our mind mapping technique differs from Buzan’s in some ways. Our variation is majorly focused on generating ideas rather than helping you learn or remember. Let’s begin with a visual example. The picture below shows one of the mind maps we created while designing the categories section of our blog. We needed ideas for the contents in the bog section and several members from our team sat down to build mind maps. Thalt reminds us, collaborative mind mapping has its own benefits and we’ll come to it later in this article. You might do it on paper or on a writable screen or on digital collaborative platforms such as Miro . It’s advisable to use the medium you are most comfortable with. Put the topic on which you need ideas at the center of the page. Now, relax. It’s important that you relieve yourself of the pressure of coming up with good ideas. Think of it as a fun activity where you’ll see how many radical, out-of-the-box ideas you can generate. Here are the steps involved: 1. See what comes to your mind when you look at the central topic 2. Note them around the central topic 3. Connect each to the central idea with lines 4. Each new term on the map will generate more terms. Note them down and link each to the origin 5. Let the map expand freely in all directions A few things to keep in mind as you do so: 1. Don’t judge your ideas (we’ll do it later) 2. Note down ideas as they pop in your head 3. Encourage radical ideas 4. Focus on quantity over quality You can stop after brainstorming for a few minutes, when you feel that you have built enough connections among the thoughts noted down. Now we are ready to generate ideas. You must be thinking “Didn’t we generate ideas in the mind map?” Well, not completely. We have built enough associations to help us generate ideas. Now we just need to scan the mind map multiple times and note down any ideas that pop into our head. For example, running eyes over terms such as books, travel, social media can give you an idea – create a social media page for travel book recommendations. Now you can note down as many ideas as you can get from the mind map. To learn to choose among those ideas, we’ll resort to convergent thinking. Mind maps can be even more effective when you need to generate ideas on compound topics such as “Designing books for travel.” Because this topic can be split into two major elements, books, and travel, you can create separate mind maps for each first. Now you can scan the clusters and generate ideas that come to your mind. You can split the main topic into more than two elements if you have time, generate separate mind maps for each and merge them finally. This makes it easier to generate ideas compared to the conventional way of thinking and jotting things down. Collaboration often leads to more and better ideas.
