Einladung zum Open Data Day 2022 Heilbronn

(English Version down below) Der Open Data Day ist ein weltweites Festival für Offene Daten. Jedes Jahr treffen sich Menschen an vielen Orten, um gemeinsam die Vorteile offener Daten und offener Standards zu zeigen, um Anwendungen für die Öffentlichkeit zu entwickeln und die vorhandenen Daten so nutzbar zu machen. Es ist eine Möglichkeit die Verwaltungen, Unternehmen und die Gesellschaft von der Idee offener Daten zu überzeugen und das Thema greifbar zu machen. Hierzu möchten wir zusammen mit der 42 in Heilbronn , Stadt Heilbronn , Frauenhofer IAO , Campus Founders und der Experimenta den Open Data Day als Hackathon vom 4. bis 6. März feiern. Dazu gibt es folgenden Ablauf: Freitag 4. März 18:00 KickOff und Welcome 18:30 Vortrag Fraunhofer IAO - Was ist Open Data? 18:40 Diskussionsrunde - Open Data in Heilbronn 19:00 Ideathon 20:00 Pizza -> OpenEnd Open End Samstag 5. März 10:00 Welcome for Techies - Vorstellen der Projektideen von Freitag, Vorstellen der Datensätze, Workshops 13:00 Mittagessen - Dean and David 20:00 Abendessen - Flammkuchen Sonntag 6. März 12:00 Impuls: Smart Campus 13:00 Projektpräsentationen Aktuell sind folgende Workshops geplant: WebScraping mit Python CKAN - Daten automatisiert abrufen Stadt Heilbronn - aktueller Stand opendata.heilbronn.de DataScience / PreProcessing Datenvisualisierung mit SeaBorn DataVis mit d3js Der Veranstalungsort wird wie beim rC3 die Eventräumlichkeiten der 42 sein. Every year people meet in many places to show together the benefits of open data and open standards, to develop applications for the public and to make the existing data usable in this way. It is a way to convince administrations, companies and society of the idea of open data and to make the topic tangible. For this, we would like to celebrate the Open Data Day as a hackathon from March 4 to 6 together with the 42 in Heilbronn , City of Heilbronn , Frauenhofer IAO , Campus Founders and the Experimenta . Ventspils jaunieši guvuši praktiskas zināšanas dizaina produktu izstrādē

Ventspils dizaina darbnīca “RADE” no 2022. gada 10. līdz 25. janvārim organizēja brīvā laika pavadīšanas projektu, kura mērķis ir apmācīt jauniešus digitālā dizaina izstrādē un e-komercijā. Kopumā projektā piedalījās 80 Ventspils Tehnikuma viesmīlības un tūrisma programmā studējošie jaunieši vecumā no 15 līdz 20 gadiem. Strādājot viesmīlības un tūrisma nozarē, suvenīri un citi dizaina priekšmeti ir ikdiena. Jauniešiem ir noderīgi uzzināt par dažādām tehnikām, kuras pielietojot, iespējams tos izveidot, kā atšķirt kvalitatīvu suvenīru no ne tik kvalitatīva un galu galā – kā rodas to pārdošanas cenas. Projekta laikā jaunieši tika iepazīstināti ar rīkiem un principiem, pēc kuriem darbojas “drukā pēc pasūtījuma” biznesa modelis, e-komercijas platformas un loģistikas ķēdes, kā arī sniegtas teorētiskas un praktiskas iemaņas digitālā dizaina izveidē un fizisku produktu izgatavošanā. Piedaloties projektā, jaunieši ieguva ne tikai zināšanas, bet arī katra paša izveidotus suvenīrus – krūzes, auduma maisiņus un piekariņus. Darbnīcu teorētiskā daļa un dizaina izstrāde notika jaunizveidotajā Nākotnes klasē, bet praktiskā darbošanās un fizisko produktu izstrāde – dizaina darbnīcā “RADE”. Gan Nākotnes klase, gan dizaina darbnīca “RADE” atrodas Ventspils Augsto tehnoloģiju parkā. Projekta mērķis ir veicināt un popularizēt Ventspils pilsētas jauniešu aktīvas atpūtas un brīvā laika pavadīšanas iespējas un to attīstību. Projekts tiek organizēts Ventspils valstspilsētas pašvaldības iestādes “Ventspils Kultūras centrs” Jauniešu brīvā laika pavadīšanas un aktīvas atpūtas veicināšanas projektu finansēšanas konkursa ietvaros. OPEN for Public Tours and New Memberships!

Since Omicron cases and hospitalizations have declined significantly, the board has decided to open again for drop-in tours of the shop! Stop by any Friday night, from 7-9pm , and we’ll give tours every half hour or so. We’re also accepting new membership applications! If you’re interested in becoming a member, head on over to our Membership Page , and follow the process there. Masks were required for all guests and members.
