We’ve made good use of our expansion by relocating the woodshop to the back half of the additional space. This opens up much more space for woodworking and eventually more tools and work surfaces. Thanks to generous donors and volunteers for polishing the floor, painting walls, hanging lights, moving equipment, and so much more.

The Cairo Hackerspace Membership Model (herein CMM) has been in development since the launch of the space in 2009. After seven years, we decided to consolidate the model and document it in a brief yet descriptive manner.
