Below is a short list on the current status of our move I to the ford garage.

• We are waiting on PG&E and CalTrans to bring a new, bigger power service to the building.
• Plans are being submitted to the city in order for permit inspections to begin.
• Interior walls and insulation are up.
• We are starting the process of installing new electrical service to our space, first with a detailed service map.
• Start of buildout of new entrance, jewelry studio and woodshop pending plan approval.

The contractors have installed insulation into our new warehouse. One more step towards opening!

We're very happy to announce that we raised over our goal of $12,000 on IndieGoGo!

With the help of our awesome community we reached our goal with two weeks left and on the day of Maker Faire.

That you so much for everyone that contributed!

Great news for all those looking to do more at Chimera: We have just signed a lease on 3,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space in downtown Sebastopol!

The new location will bring our members a metal and woodshop, jewelry studio, larger event space, outdoor project space and a lot more!
