The hackspace is the last unit on the Faircharm Industrial Estate, just off Narborough road. This is right at the end of the island so you’ll have to follow Evelyn Drive the whole way round. We have our logo on a big sign above the door so you can’t miss us.
As a member you get free access to the space to work on your projects whenever you want; you get free access to social events at the space; You can use any of our tools and equipment; you can be elected to the management committee; you can vote on fundraising priorities; you get free use of Wi-Fi; and, most importantly, you will be actively helping to make Leicester Hackspace a success.

The Hackspace is essentially a shared workshop run by the members for the members.
Imagine you had five friends with sets of tools, you all decided to get together and rent a double garage where you would each work on your own projects in a shared space.
