You will learn the basic electronics concepts in a hands-on way, building a project that flashes, beeps and make noises!

Project 2019 – Spider Robot

This spider robot will be run from a Raspberry Pi 3 B / B+, and an Arduino UNO. The Spider will be able to sense its environment and make decision by itself to return home to recharge its battery, explore the new part of the house or outdoor without having to repeat the same path every single time.

There are 2 16-ports PWN driver motor boards to allow to manage the multitude of Servo motors for this robot:

Big projects at Dim Sum Labs for 2019

This year at Dim Sum Labs we are going to have one big project every 2 months or so. It already started since last month (February 2019).

The schedule is as follow:

  • February: Spider Robot
  • April: Rocket
  • June: CNC Cutter
  • July: Cube Sat
  • September: Laser Cutter
  • November: 3D Printer
  • Unscheduled:

    • Dynamic Vacuum Molding
